“Living up in Emigration Canyon we needed to do some fire mitigation work anyway but when our homeowners insurance was non renewed for elevated wildfire risk the project became critical. Al, Ben and Noah were amazing. Al worked directly with the new insurance agent as well as the underwriters to get our property covered. Al prioritized the timeline to meet our needs and was always responsive to us. My favorite thing about them is that these are not just guys with chain saws. They are all experienced wildland firefighters with degrees in forestry service. They understand the ecosystem up here in the canyon. My fear was that the insurance company would make me clear cut everything. Instead I have natural firebreaks, and more species diversity on the property. They helped me understand how to maintain the fast growing scrub oak and Oregon grape, revive the elderberry trees and identify some invasive garlic mustard I didn’t know I had.
